More than 100 people have been killed after an earthquake struck Nepal overnight.
Nepal's National Seismological Centre said a 6.4 magnitude quake occurred just before midnight on Friday in the far west of the Himalayan country.The epicentre of the quake is in the Jajarkot district, located about 500 kilometres west of Nepal's capital Kathmandu."The death toll has reached 119 and at least 100 have been injured," Karnali Province police spokesman Gopal Chandra Bhattarai told AFP.
