At least 20 people have been killed and 31 wounded by a soldier in a shooting rampage in Thailand.
A Defence Minister spokesman said the soldier attacked his commanding officer then stole a gun and ammunition from a military camp and reportedly opened fired on a number
of locations in Korat, including a Buddhist Temple and a shopping centre. Police have closed the centre and surrounding streets in an attempt to capture the shooter. Image: AP
