A packed legislative agenda has prompted questions about whether the Albanese Government can deliver some of its key election promises by the end of the year.

An integral part of Labor’s election campaign was introducing a National Anti-Corruption Commission by the end of the year, with legislation recently being introduced to the Parliament.

Speaking at the National Press Club on Wednesday, Mr Dreyfus conceded the government currently has a busy legislative agenda – laying some blame at the feet of the former government.
