Believe it or not, the series is older than the Georgia-Georgia Tech and the Auburn-Alabama series. So they ain’t lying when they say “oldest.” Auburn trails Georgia 56-63-8, with the Bulldogs winning 17 of the last 22 games. But Auburn does have a winning record in Athens , while Georgia has the edge on the Plains .
