A video has emerged showing group of Australia Post workers throwing parcels into a van at a Sydney distribution centre.
The footage, which was uploaded to TikTok, showed a group of four men wearing uniforms with the Australia Post logo loading a van with parcels. The man filming the video can be heard saying: “The way Aus Post treats people’s packages. Just throwing them around, like no one gives a s**t. Look at them … What a joke.”An Australia Post spokeswoman apologised on behalf of the workers.
Despite Christmas being two months away, Australia Post have already flagged last sending dates ahead of the seasonal rush. International deliveries will need to be posted by November 16 to 29 or November 23 to December 7 , depending on the location. Shoppers opting for International Express however, will have a deadline between November 30 to December 13 to post their parcels.
