A man whose mother was one of the 20 Australians able to escape Gaza this week has opened up about her 'nightmare' in the warzone.

Ibrahim described the conditions Hanaa was living in as “shocking,” after an Israeli missile hit where she was staying in the besieged enclave.“She had two near death experiences. She had to leave the home because it was completely unliveable.
