A mum has raised eyebrows over what she packed in her five-year-old son’s “healthy” lunchbox for preschool. Sarah Stevenson, from Sydney, prepared little Fox’s lunch, which included curried eggs, carrot and cucumber sticks, a Babybel cheese, low-sugar high protein berry yoghurt with pumpkin seeds, smashed avocado on a five-seed cracker and two natural gummy lollies.

The 31-year-old mum shared a video of herself preparing the curried eggs, which consisted of two hard boiled eggs, “bone broth” mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper. “I have shared quite a bit of our food journey as a family and how I have encouraged my kids to not only eat, but truly enjoy healthy foods,” the 31-year-old mum said in an Instagram post. “All of this has begun from the day that I introduce solids through baby led weaning.
