Cate Blanchett left fans floored after making a surprise appearance at the Glastonbury music festival in the United Kingdom, where she performed on stage alongside band Sparks.
She appeared onstage with American band The Sparks in the middle of their set for a performance of hit single The Girl Is Crying in Her Latte.
The crowd went wild after lead singer Russell Mael introduced the Oscar-award winning actress to the stage by revealing they had a “special treat” for the audience. “We did a video for this song recently, and we had the amazing honor of having Cate Blanchett join us in that video,” Mael said.The 54-year-old actress then emerged from behind the stage in a canary yellow Stella McCartney suit and black button-up blouse.
