According to a social media post, they were dispatched to a call for a pregnant patient having contractions. When they arrived, they found the patient in active labor, with the baby crowning.
A healthy baby girl was delivered less than 10 minutes later. Medic J. Simmons said it was the first delivery she was a part of.“We're happy to report that Mom & baby are doing well,” ATCEMS said. “Thanks to our partners for the assist & welcome to the world Baby Girl!”
