Australia reached a strong 100 in their first innings against India on Day 1 of the Boxing Day Test at the MCG. Marnus Labuschagne and Usman Khawaja provided the bulk of the runs, with Khawaja looking to settle after a shaky start. Akash Deep bowled economically for India, restricting the flow of runs.
Akash Deep has simply switched ends, replacing Ravindra Jadeja.A bit too straight with the first delivery, as Marnus works it off his pads for a couple of runs through midwicket.
