The government’s Secure Jobs, Better Pay bill has passed the upper house, Peter Dutton says his party will finalise its position on the Voice referendum next year and the ACT and Northern Territory will soon be able to introduce assisted dying laws.

Since peaks in early 2021, the number of first-time loans sold in Victoria has fallen by 44 per cent. In NSW, they are down by 49 per cent.
