A woman in her 30s from Sydney’s west has died at home after contracting COVID-19, NSW Health has confirmed. Follow our live coverage:

The family’s father “was all about safety and protecting his family and wouldn’t let his daughter out to go beyond the cave for fear of being eaten by different things”, but the daughter persisted.
“The prime minister is desperately trying to use vaccination targets as a club to bash the premiers, chief health officers, and public, but Delta infections and transmissions amongst children are rising and kids and teenagers need to be included in vaccination targets.”However, the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation has, including those with underlying health conditions and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children.
