"We missed a bill and fell behind in our rates for our house. They were threatening to send it to debt collectors," Ashlee told 9news.com.au.Mail will be delivered into a letterbox where possible, depending on factors like distance from the delivery centre, road access and contractor availability in the area.
Collecting mail directly from the local Lilydale Post Office has posed other issues for the Morgans and their young son. Ashlee's mother has multiple sclerosis and can't safely collect large or heavy packages from the office, so has to rely on Ashlee to do it for her.
