Perisher recorded 30cm of snowfall over the past week with the natural snow depth of 22cm being supplemented by artificial snow in certain areas. The Bureau of Meteorology is forecasting sunny conditions for the Perisher Valley low of -5 and a high of 9 on Sunday.
Thredbo had less luck over the past week, with only 13cm of snowfall, though multiple runs are open on the mountain. In Victoria, Mt Hotham received 31cm of snowfall over the past week and Mountain Watch is forecasting “flurries” of snow on Sunday, with a low of -3 and a top of 5 degrees.
