He was arrested at the request of the US government and has been held in a maximum-security prison while family and supporters advocated against extradition. Mr Duggan had enjoyed a quiet life with family in the NSW town of Orange prior to his arrest. Picture: Supplied Mr Dreyfus has the final say on whether or not Mr Duggan's extradition will proceed, with the Extradition Act mandating the Attorney-General must make a decision as soon as is practical.
