The Premier's offer came hours after thousands attended a rally in Melbourne's CBD to protest Russia's invasion and show support for Ukraine. "I have attended events to stand united with the people of Ukraine and the South Australian Ukrainian community," Mr Marshall said. "We'll be working through those channels because that's the most effective way to do it, they are already providing support in this area."
