Visa issues have left batter Usman Khawaja at risk of being stranded in Australia while his teammates assemble in India for this month’s Test tour.
After the most recent incident, he again took to social media: “Me waiting for my Indian visa like ... ,” followed by the words “stranded” and “standard”. This month’s tour is set to be Khawaja’s first time playing Test cricket in India, but he has been cleared to play in the country in other formats on numerous occasions.
