Veronica Grey, who identifies as male, sent 23 packages of frozen human waste from post offices in Perth, Lesmurdie, High Wycombe and Kalamunda., between February 2 to 8.The contents of the packages were discovered after one leaked onto an Australia Post worker,Grey, who was born in the Philippines and is in Australia on a temporary bridging visa, was charged with five counts of using the postal service to menace, harass or cause offence.
A psychiatric report found Grey had not considered the consequences to his actions due to a mental impairment.
