Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd says according to what outgoing Qantas Chief Executive Alan Joyce said in the cost of living Senate inquiry, Australians will see airfares decrease from next year. “It sounds like from what Alan Joyce, the CEO of Qantas, was saying, we’re going to see airfares slowly decrease in price from next year,” Mr Boyd said. “So, we’re talking at least another 12 months away.”
