Former deputy prime minister Barnaby Joyce says Australians “would hate to think” limitations were placed on Qatar Airways simply for not having Yes23 stickers on aeroplanes amid suggestions rival airline Qantas curried favour with Anthony Albanese. “He is a very clever businessman, (Qantas CEO) Mr Joyce, and he knows how to curry favour,” Mr Joyce told Sky News host Andrew Bolt. “I think he has curried favour with Mr Albanese, he has certainly curried favour with Mr Albanese’s son. “Australian consumers have to ask, is this at the cost of your ticket? Are you paying more than you should?”
