Brandon Gipson and Isaac Cooper, both 18, were arrested Friday face multiple charges, according to the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office.
Both men were arrested Friday during a “high-risk” traffic stop near J.E. Marr Stadium near South Race Street and Oak Grove Shelby Road. A teen was also inside the car, authorities have said. They were at the Lon Evans Corrections Center Monday afternoon, according to online jail records. It is unclear if they have attorneys.
