Josselyn Berry, the press secretary for Arizona Democratic Gov. Katie Hobbs, has resigned after appearing to threaten gun violence against 'transphobes.'
The 'Outnumbered' panel discussed Biden's remarks after the Nashville Christian school shooting and growing calls to investigate the deadly rampage as a hate crime.
