Bodycam video shows officers ripping open a plastic bag to find a newborn baby girl who had been abandoned on the side of a road in Georgia.The Forsyth County Sheriff's Office held a press conference Friday to announce an arrest in the "Baby India" case.
Georgia officials said Karima Jiwani, 40, the child's biological mother was arrested in connection with the incident.Officials said the baby's father was identified using advanced DNA practices and familial DNA, which led to them finding the mother.
