Philadelphia police are investigating after a baby was shot in Kensington Sunday morning.
"One of the individuals part of that altercation pulled out a handgun and fired approximately four shots," said Lt. Robert Brockenbrough. "The individual was part of the gathering so it is known to the family so it's an ongoing investigation, it's early in the investigation," said Brockenbrough.
