There is a full kitchen and bathroom on each floor and the tenants exclusively used the kitchen and bathroom on their floor. On Oct. 7, after receiving complaints from other tenants about Kolalou, Walker changed the locks on two doors of the residence to prevent the offender from going into the basement where another resided.
Sandra Kolalou is accused of murdering and dismembering her landlord in her North Side boarding home. At 6:28 p.m., Kolalou was stopped by officers when she exited the residence with a large black garbage bag. The offender gave officers consent to search her bedroom. Chicago police announced charges against a 24-year-old woman in connection to the death of a landlord on the Northwest Side.
Officers arrived, recovered the bags, and observed paper, greeting cards, pooled blood, and blood-soaked rags inside.
