Justice Steve Rares ruled the videos about Mr Barilaro were deeply offensive and racist, and vilified him. “It highlights that maybe a company can look at its own use policy, its content policies, and decide that something doesn’t violate its own policies, but that may nevertheless fall foul of the laws of other places where the material is uploaded and viewable,” he said.
