He was trapped in there for almost an hour
A barrister was stuck in a lift at Nottingham Crown Court. The legal professional entered it on the ground floor at the Canal Street building at 9.30am and was still in there until 10.20am.
He said: “I got in at 9.30am and pressed the button for level two and it became stuck just outside. I called the number on the inside of the lift and they referred me to Nottingham Crown Court’s office which I called and they said ‘what can I do for you?’ to which I replied ‘I’m stuck in the lift’.
