BART trains fully operating again after extensive delays
BART trains resumed normal service Saturday morning after electrical issuesCommuters on Friday had dealt with major delays throughout the system after a train lost power in the tube about 7:11 a.m. The train was moved out and passengers were evacuated just after 8:30 a.m., but the power issues remained, forcing trains to use only one track int he tube throughout the day.
Passengers had to endure long waits, transfer trains more frequently, use bus bridges and ferries to travel to their destinations. Normal train service has been restored.A reminder for morning riders.
