Glenn Bartlett lodged a statement of claim in the Federal Court in Victoria on Wednesday, this time against Brad Green and fellow board members Sally Freeman, David Robb and Janette Kendall.
Former Melbourne Football Club president Glenn Bartlett has intensified his boardroom battle with the Demons, launching Federal Court action against new club president Brad Green and other directors.
Bartlett is being represented by prominent law firm Clayton Utz, the documents reveal. Bartlett declined to comment because the matter was before the court. The Demons were also contacted for comment.
