The president's update comes after Ukraine's Interior Ministry warned residents to be careful amid "active fighting" across Kyiv. Rescue workers rushed to the scene, where six people were reportedly injured and two floors of the apartment block were gutted by fire. The images show residents being evacuated from the building, which has had a large hole blown in it on one corner.Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy remains in the capital, despite being urged by the United States to take up an offer to evacuate the city.
