The suspect is the CEO of a Palo Alto drone startup.

Eduardo Moreno, the 35-year-old CEO of Palo Alto underwater drone startup SeaDrone, faces robbery and peeping charges after a Monday morning incident at a Mountain View location of the fast-casual chain restaurant, according to aA woman using the restroom at the Panera on El Monte Avenue heard a noise in the next stall over, according to the release. Moments later, Moreno allegedly stuck his head under the stall to look at the woman before running out of the bathroom and the restaurant.

The woman chased Moreno down and attempted to take a photo of him. He allegedly snatched the phone from her before running off. Witnesses at the scene apparently saw him taking his shirt off and scaling a fence before returning to Panera Bread. He was tackled by bystanders before police arrived on the scene.

Moreno was booked into the Santa Clara County Jail Monday. Officials believe that other people may have been Moreno's victims and are continuing to investigate the incident. A spokesperson for the Mountain View Police Department did not immediately respond to a request for comment from SFGATE, and an emailed request for comment to SeaDrone has not been answered.
