. The five-story, 185,700-square-foot building at 5805 Owens Drive is reportedly about half of its real estate in the area. Since the technology company relocated its headquarters to Austin, Texas, it has sought to shed much of its Bay Area office space, including 86,000 square feet in San Francisco’s Financial District, a Belmont property and 17 stories in San Jose, according to the Business Times.Oracle adopted a more flexible work policy amid the pandemic, and in December 2020, itit would be moving its Redwood City headquarters to Texas.
