The home is just 100m from the sand and sits above Bronte’s uber trendy cafe strip, opposite Bronte Park adjacent to the beach. It also has two car spots in an area notorious for its lack of parking and overzealous rangers.Luhrmann and his wife Catherin Martin sold the apartment, one of three they owned in Sydney, in 2005 before they moved into their $10 Darlinghurst home Iona.Luhrmann sold it to NRMA Expeditions chief, Rachel Wiseman for $3.6m.
