BBC Breakfast's Emma Vardy has revealed her 'best breaking news ever' – that she's given birth to a baby boy and is already 'smitten and so in love' with her newborn son
The presenter shared to social media that she'd welcomed a son named Jago Fionn, saying she's already "smitten and so in love" as she smiled for a picture with the newborn.
Emma – who works as Ireland correspondent for BBC news – has stood in for Nina Wadhurst as business correspondent recently, as Nina herself headed off on maternity leave. Adding a caption to her post, Emma said to her almost 7,000 followers, "Presenting my best breaking news ever. Baby boy Jago Fionn is here At just a few hours old, playing a little camera shy.
