A Comanchero bikie boss charged with a 2014 murder refused to get out of the car during a dramatic arrest in Sydney yesterday, prompting officers to fire beanbag rounds so they could drag him out, police said this morning.
He said police suspected it was possible that Zahed, or the man he was in the car with, could have been armed.Zahed was then pulled from the vehicle and taken to Surry Hills Police Station. Tarek survived but his brother Omar Zahed was killed after being sprayed with bullets at the BodyFit gym in Auburn.
