But former Seattle Seahawks legend Richard Sherman might take offense to Gordon modelling his game after Revis., Bobby Wagner and other Seahawks players when Gordon was in high school. As a kid growing up in Washington during the heydays of the Seahawks'"Legion of Boom" defense, you'd think Gordon would've idolized Sherman instead.
He was right there in his backyard while Revis was playing across the country, primarily for the New York Jets during his career.If there is one stat that can sum up Gordon's ability to lockdown receivers à la Revis, it's the zero touchdowns he allowed in 18 career stars.
