Massive & multiple renovation plans that are scheduled to be entirely completed for the 2025 season were rolled out Thursday, with projects ranging from areas like the Terrace Club getting replaced to new initiatives throughout, outside & within the park.

Guardians enhancements to Progressive Field will not include immediate plans for sports gambling space

A big aesthetic change is not what is coming but what is being done away with: The little-used eye-sore shipping-container boxes that perched in the stadium’s upper reaches will be gone. They served to attract cobwebs and fans’ ire. In its place will be a new group outing space. The once-private Terrace Club along the left-field side that required membership from season-ticket holders will be reimagined as an open-air hub with terraced-ticketed seating on the 200 and 300 levels. Ticketed seating sections will have their own private club space on the 300 level. An expansive “authentic-to-Cleveland” beer-hall food and beverage experience will be created on the 400 level for all fans.

Renovations “will complement the most recently completed major innovations in 2015 to the lower-level concourse and right-field bleachers,” Dolan said.
