Advice Space has been helping those in need for 60 years
A Belfast charity advice service has celebrated its 60th anniversary with a special event at Belfast City Hall.
It changed its name in 2018 to Advice Space and has offices based in the North, South, East and West of the city. It only ever takes a simple change of circumstances in ones’ life to lead people to our doors, for example redundancy; bereavement; ill-health; addiction and/or relationship breakdown. The charity was hosted at Belfast City Hall on Monday by Lord Mayor of Belfast, Councillor Micky Murray, who praised its work over the years and said that Belfast City Council is eager to continue its work with Advice Space and other similar services.
