A Belfast City Centre shop has been banned from selling tobacco or vaping products after being found selling them to under 18s
.
The owners of O'Reilly's in Donegall Street received the 12-month ban at Belfast Magistrates Court today after Belfast City Council to a case against them. It followed a number of complaints with the council carrying out test exercises that confirmed that the store had been selling tobacco and nicotine inhaling products to under 18s.Other tests also found that the shop was not registered to sell tobacco products.
