Abby thanked her fans for their support
The 44 year old mum-of-two, who divorced rugby player Ben in 2016, announced the sad news on her Instagram on Monday 10 July.
"This was and is the toughest yet," Abby began. "I’m unlucky, but lucky, to have been warned only once with a symptom of this terrible illness. The short montage also featured snaps of her wearing a stoma bag, a clip of her entering hospital, and selfies with her 15 year old twin daughters Harriette and Isabelle.
