Benjamin Mendy's 'fixer' allegedly bought £150 worth of alcohol at 5am before telling a petrol station attendant: "Every day is a party."

Blues defender Mr Mendy, 28, denies seven counts of rape against four women, one count of attempted rape and one count of sexual assault. The offences are alleged to have taken place at his home between October 2018 and August last year, and relate to six women.Mr Matturie, 41, from Eccles, Salford, who prosecutors claim was Mr Mendy's 'fixer', denies six counts of rape and three counts of sexual assault, allegations relating to seven women.

While at the party, prosecutors allege that Mr Mendy and Mr Matturie both raped the same young woman. Mr Mendy is also accused of raping another woman after leaving the party with her to purchase more drinks. In a statement read out in court, he recalled Mr Matturie pulling up outside the petrol station in a Mercedes with tinted windows at about 5am. Mr Atta-Pervez said he could "hear a female voice coming from the forecourt" but could not see anyone and was unable to make out what was being said.
