Defence Secretary Ben Wallace tells Putin not to 'test' Britain
The Defence Secretary said the West 'must not be afraid' of Vladimir Putin.
He said Russia's leader was 'acting irrationally and inflicting horrors on Ukraine'. Mr Wallace's comments come after increasing warnings that intervention in Ukraine by the West would be considered as entering the conflict by the Kremlin
