The Berea Planning Commission on Sept. 21 approved the demolition of eight single-family homes located near the Cleveland Browns training facility.
Additionally, the Browns organization in 2019 paid for construction of, which prior to demolition was located on Pearl Street. It now sits on a site less than a mile away.
The homes located on the Pearl Street and Second Avenue properties shown with orange dots will be demolished soon as part of the Browns training facility expansion. “From a timing perspective, we just want to make sure we can start and then do all eight homes. We would expect that major work to occur within the next few weeks.”
