I made a decision late last year to try to start incorporating more natural makeup brands into my beauty case. And when you search natural and sustainable makeup, the brand Youngblood comes up time and time again. In an effort to dip my toes into the 100 per cent mineral makeup brand, I decided to test out its new Vividluxe Creme Blush Sticks, which are especially crafted for cheeks and lips.
And while at their core these products are “makeup”, they’re so skincare-produced with hyaluronic acid, ceramides, peptides and niacinamide that you’ll be improving your skin each time you use them. I tested out a layer of Bellini followed by Mulberry before work this morning and managed to create a plum-like peachy tone to my upper cheekbones that hasn’t dulled in colour hours later. The shades are very easy to blend out because it’s a cream product to its core and a little goes a long way.
