The Iconic chief executive Erica Berchtold is moving from high fashion to the value end after being appointed to run discount chain BestMs Berchtold has headed Australia’s largest online-only fashion and lifestyle retailer since 2019, during which time the business has grown to over $700 million in revenue. She now will need to look after 248 physical stores as well as an online platform at ASX-listed BestDominic LorrimerLess on September 4.
Before The Iconic, Ms Berchtold was managing director of Super Retail Group’s Rebel sporting goods division, and she also worked for Specialty Fashion Group as general manager for Crossroads and Autograph, two women’s fashion apparel brands.
