US singer and songwriter Beyoncé has confirmed she would ditch the word 'spaz' from her new song Heated following criticism from a disability advocate the track contained an 'ableist slur'.
The 40-year-old singer was accused of using an"ableist slur" with the word"spaz" featured twice in her song Heated.

Disability advocate Hannah Diviney took to Twitter to express her outrage over the use of the word, saying it"feels like a slap in the face".
