Democratic Presidential nominee Joe Biden says “there is systemic injustice” in the United States which is a significant issue in areas such as education, the workplace and law enforcement. Considering the issue of racial inequality in the first Presidential debate, Mr Biden was asked to respond to the decision of the grand jury not to charge any of the police officers involved in the Breonna Taylor case with homicide.
“As President of the United States, I will call together an entire group of people at the White House, everyone from the civil rights groups to the police officers, the police chiefs, and we're going to work this out," he said. Also speaking on the topic of race, President trump said he ordered federal agencies to end racial sensitivity training “because it was racist”.
