The president's approval, based on Emerson College's data, has grown more than his disapproval has fallen, with the former seeing a 3 percent rise compared to a 2 percent drop for the latter. Spencer Kimball, Executive Director of Emerson College Polling, attributed these encouraging numbers for Biden to female voters.
"Biden's increase in approval appears to be driven by women voters," Kimball said."Since July, women voters' approval of the President has jumped 10 points, from 39 percent to 49 percent."
