During a 90-minute stump speech in the state of New Hampshire, President Trump told his supporters Mr Biden does not have the stamina nor the mental acuity to be president. “Biden has the lid on again, I guess he figures if he keeps the lid on, he’s not going to make a stupid statement,” he said.
