President Joe Biden suggested Hamas is likely responsible for a massive blast at a hospital in Gaza that killed at least 500 people.

Officials in Palestine blamed an Israeli air strike for the explosion, while Israel says a failed rocket launch led to the hospital being hit. "I was deeply saddened and outraged by the explosion of the hospital in Gaza yesterday, and based on what I've seen, it appears as though it was done by the other team, not you,” Biden said in IsraelHe didn’t expand on what he had seen to come to that conclusion.
The explosion led to protests across the Middle East and threw a wrench in Biden’s itinerary for the trip. He was scheduled to meet with Arab leaders in Jordan after going to Israel but the meeting was called off after the explosion.
